1. What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 1500pcs/color/design. We also accept a trial orders for start cooperation and quality checking and knowing our service. Please inform us your order quantity, we will calculate the cost correspondingly.
2.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing sample, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days including print and embroidery days. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
3.What about our bulk production lead time?
It will takes 30 days for MOQ. Our capacity is 200,000pcs per month.
4.How to place order?
Please send us your inquiry with fabric requirements, artwork, size-specification etc. We can quote you the price, then develop fitting samples, and place bulk orders.
5.What is your payment term?
Our payment policy is 30% TT advanced payment and 70% TT before shipped out from our factory. We also accept L/C at sight for large amount for certain countries.

Q: How many colors are available？
We can customize the fabric color according to your tech pack by Pantone color code. If there is artwork we just need pattern file in AI file as well as Pantone color code of all the colors.
Q: What kind of certificate do you have?
We are factory, the manufacturer, we have BSCI factory audit. We also have Disney FAMA . It can send it to you the copy for reference.
Q: What’s the MOQ?
